Stakeholder Management Training Session

I'm hosting a 1.5 hour session on identifying and analyzing project stakeholders. Does anyone have any good project use cases? This audience is a mix of new and seasoned PMs. Thanks!

Yes that sounds like a good one. That way you have the old stick in the mud stakeholders and fuzzy science versus the realists (x1) that woke up and left the "project" :-)

Tammara, its a good one. Take up project usecase related / handled by NGO which has environmental impact
