Larry - I can think of a bunch...
Interviewee: What process do you follow for doing X, Y, Z?
Interviewer: Well, tell me how do you do it in your current company...
Personally I think you should pay close attention to these type of questions, it could mean that your interviewer, wants a free consulting. Especially if this type of questions goes on and on for most of the interview. Saving Changes...

George, Over the last 20 years of contracting I've found there are so many questions I should have asked that came back to bite me later. As an example, I ask the client, in the interview, if they paid overtime. They said yes.The joke once I took the job was - they "never" approved overtime. So, a couple months ago I put together a quick pamphlet of 45 questions I think all contractors should ask either the Staffing Firm or Client so they're aware walking in on the first day. If anyone's interested in the pamphlet, email me at: [email protected] and I'll direct you. You can't ask too many questions. Thanks guys !

Interviewer: What's the difference between a good PM and a great PM?
Interviewee: A good PM will deliver the project on-time and on budget. A great PM will deliver the project on-time, on budget, worked in last minute features/functions, it will have been a memorable experience for the project team and they will be looking forward to the next time they get to work on a project with you.
Not sure that "worked in last minute features/functions" is something to be a measure of a good project manager.
It is the customer trying to get more than the scope asked for. Saving Changes...
It's rather difficult for me to answer interview questions on phone.Sometimes cannot hear very clearly. Saving Changes...
