Q3. What changes in the industry might affect a project with this company?

A3. Interviewer expectation: Interviewee should respond with an example that can be completed in less than 2 minutes. The example should explain relevance to the company, identify risks and describe initial mitigations from both threat and opportunity perspectives.

Interviews are not always serious....

Interviewer : Why most projects fail ?
Me : Due to poor planning

Interviewer : Give me an example ?
Me : This interview suppose to happen at 11 and it is happening at 12:30

Interviewer : How do you handle pressure?
Me: Slightly up the whistle pressure will release

Interviewer : How do you avoid conflicts ?
Me: Can't be avoided can be managed

Interviewer : Where do you see your self in next 5 years ?
Me : Don't know anything can happen...

Interviewer : How do you ensure every Project you work is successful ?
Me : If we know that Mantra no project will fail in this world

Interviewer : How good are you in processes ?
Me : Will follow irrespective of results as long as boss is ok with/like that

Interviewer : People management ?
Me : if you have right people at right places no need to manage them just approve their leaves when they apply

Interviewer : How good are in estimation ?
Me : Under commit or over commit and manage whatever you have choosen. Accurate is lie

Interviewer : Do you have pre sales experience ? how good are you ?
Me : Yes , I do lie lot and make people believe impossible is easy to do..

Interviewer : why do you want to join here ?
Me : Because you have open position and I need a change , simple

Interviewer : What is your strength and weakness
Me : Transparent , straight forward .

Interviewer : Do you have any questions ?
Me : Yes when can I join

Interviewer : ha ha ha .....rejected
Me : ha ha ha expected
