Mansoor, it was unfortunate that France have won the game as far as the pressure and the play mostly was done by the Croatia it is so sad to see that result, I know the final number on the board counts and the luck most of the time play big part on those numbers, however the performance of Croatia team was much better. First of all, we need to know what was the success criteria for France. Being the winner could not be the objective of the project because the project can have objectives to achieve tied to time. I know about projects for other football teams where the objective was not being the winner into a world cup but instead being the winner into the next and that was achieved (Germany for example). On the other side, do not have a project (or something like that no matter the name we use) will take you to waste tallent. That is the case of Argentina football team. It is interesting to see how the environment impact the situation of football teams mainly in countries with lower economic power like South American countries.
