I was professional tennis player and I played football from the time I can stand on both legs (I am Argentinian). Related to tennis I earm my professional tennis coach level I certification and I was coach on some well known players. I have studied a lot (and I am still doing that) about both sports. Tennis in a formal way, Football in an "informal" way. But I love all the sports. Why I am writting this? Because sports put us in front of situations we have to solve into our real life. No matter the level you achieve to perform some sport will help you in your real life. The best situation is to perform sport at competitive level, any type of competitive level, no matter you are competing with your friends into a match. Believe it or not, when you are at some kind of professional level, the environment and the involved association takes place. That is the situation about the Argentina football team where lack of management at all level what the issue for our results into the World Cup. And when I am talking about results I am not talking to be the winner only.

^ Nice Sergio.

I thought Croatia would go all the way. It seemed to be their year. No shame in a second place, but France was just too tough.

Congrats to all. Great WC this year. We had it on each day in our office.

Argentina lost because they couldn't beat France, Spain, or even Iceland (all ranked below them), not because of management. I mean Iceland, really? But they did a lot better than my team Italy, who didn't even show up :-(

I actually enjoyed watching the games I saw, and I wouldn't say I was even a football fan! It was a good tournament.
