The difference between the AGILE and SCRUM methodologies. I am not too clear. Can someone help illustrate in practice?

Agile is a set of values and principles which can be distilled into a framework for delivering projects and products such as Scrum. Scrum is a framework whereas Agile is a mindset. Neither are methodologies.

Organizations can take a framework like Scrum and develop a methodology based on it.

I'd suggest you review PMI's Agile Practice Guide as it will provide a good foundation of knowledge on the topic.

For Scrum, go to Scrum.org and download the Scrum Guide.

Agile Frameworks and methodologies is an umbrella for all types of Scrum ,FDD, Lean, Kanban, XP, DSDM,Crystal and other (more than 8 types).

However they said SCRUM is the most famous (represent of 56%).

Think of the difference between a car and a Buick. Not all cars are Buicks, but Buicks are cars. Agile is more of a generic term for lots of different methods or frameworks. Scrum would be more specific. I wrote more about what Agile actually is here: https://agile-mercurial.com/2018/06/27/what-is-agile/

As someone that is starting certifications in Agile, LSS, PMP, and BA shortly this was an excellent article as Agile will be my first class. Even though I have a number of years in the field I have never seen such a concise definition! THX!

Scrum is one of many frameworks that operate under the umbrella of Agile. As Kiron stated, PMI's Agile Pradctice Guide and the Scrum.org's Scrum Guide will start you in the right direction. And of course, read my SCRUM blog:
