MS Project 2016 sub tasks occasionally clear out

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and/or knows why it happens and how to prevent it. I'll wait for your responses. Thank you.

When you say "clear out", do you mean the tasks disappear from view?
Are these sub-tasks all part of a single MS Project file, or are they imported from another MS Project file?
Is your instance of MS Project linked to a company Sharepoint site with project information hosted there?

If you could provide some additional information, please, it may help others identify potential causes. Possible to include a 'Steps to Recreate', or share the scenario. What do you mean by 'clear out'?
