SIEBEL Project Manager / Business Analyst
The Sales & Marketing Infrastructure department provides sophisticated Financial Management advisory and related management services supported by intricate and complex computerized systems and business processes specially developed by Fannie Mae. The SIEBEL Senior Business Analyst is a disciplinary lead and is expected to manage, execute, participate, contribute and support leadership in delivering the results and performing the job duties.
SIEBEL Program / Project Management
• Manage and Lead department’s Project Management initiatives related to Process Re-engineering, 3rd party tools (example: Primarily Siebel and advantageous with SharePoint implementation and / or custom build solutions such as eCommerce Portal from inception to deployment.
• Execute department Program Management Enterprise Roadmap initiatives through multiple releases and lead the engagement until the initiative maturation
• Manage and Lead the project team (not necessarily direct reports) and focus on quality to ensure the delivery of “Our Promise” to “Our Clients” to help them become high performing businesses by promoting superior execution and delivery
SIEBEL Business Process Re-engineering & Solution Development
• Execute & Implement Industry specific best practices to enhance customer support
• Build methodology, processes and procedures in conjunction with corporate principles and department standards for executing the projects
• Must have strong application FUNCTIONAL & PROCESS design experience with different layers of Siebel (UI, Business Component, Data Model) and exposure to the Siebel 7.x data model along with RDBMS concepts.
o MUST be Siebel 7.x Certified
o Liaison/SME between customer and technical team
o BIG 5 Consulting experience is advantageous
o Required FUNCTIONAL & Technical Skills: Siebel eBusiness 7.x
o Preferred Technical Skills: SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access
