Riyadh -

Is your question regarding how to estimate your total resource costs or rather how to determine the optimal sized team to deliver the work by a given date?

If the former, then that should be an outcome of estimating your individual resource requirements at the activity level and aggregating those, but if it is the latter then that is the more complex analysis of developing a schedule and then optimizing it balancing optimal time size against due dates and availability of skilled resources...

Kiron, thanks for your feedback and salute to your intelligence yeah I was looking for second one I did not find any formula in pmbok guide to quantify cost of project assets replacement executed by team headcount or to benchmark cost of individual activity per number of executing head cost
I believe such calculations help to compare with other projects

Estimate Activity Resources has now moved from the Time Management chapter in PMBOK 5 to the Resource Management chapter in PMBOK 6. I get confused between the two sometimes. Anyway it's on page 320.
