Some time back I contacted PMI India for assistance, and was not satisfied with the support provided. At the end representative ended the call abruptly without showing any courtesy. He didn’t even bothered to ask, if I may have any other concern, or have any question.
The tag line on contact page goes as ‘Committed to Deliver Quality Service and Assistance’. It was a disappointment.

I've had great experiences in the past. I'm sure your experience was isolated; maybe to that CSR. No excuse, but simply could have been a bad day for that CSR? I've never reached out to PMI over phone. But usually I used to get prompt response through emails. For one of my certification's application process I did receive good responses from them. Please try through email & it might turn out good. Saving Changes...
