PMI Customer Service

Some time back I contacted PMI India for assistance, and was not satisfied with the support provided. At the end representative ended the call abruptly without showing any courtesy. He didn’t even bothered to ask, if I may have any other concern, or have any question.

The tag line on contact page goes as ‘Committed to Deliver Quality Service and Assistance’. It was a disappointment.

Have you ever come across to such situation at your region? Where should one reach out for assistance if the concern is not resolved?

I've had great experiences in the past. I'm sure your experience was isolated; maybe to that CSR. No excuse, but simply could have been a bad day for that CSR? I wouldn't let it affect your impression too much. Have you attempted to revisit? I have also used the online CS portal which was also great. If need be, try to escalate.

I never contacted customer service by phone but generally speaking my experience with PMI is great.

I usually contacted them by email or chat, it's easy and more convenient for me.

However they reached me once or twice by phone and they were very professional and solved all my questions and concerns.

I've never reached out to PMI over phone. But usually I used to get prompt response through emails. For one of my certification's application process I did receive good responses from them. Please try through email & it might turn out good.

I once had to contact the PMI India customer service on phone for scheduling the PMP exam, they were quite helpful and were able to resolve the purpose to my satisfaction.

Email is what I use generally work fine. I phone once the main office also service was very good.
