1. I would like to get your ideas & experience on measuring Agile Maturity after we have started the transformation.

2. Do you use any standard frameworks or models to measure at Team-Level & at Program / Enterprise-level?

3. Do we have any tools for measuring & improving the maturity ?

--- It can be any Agile approach - Scrum,Kanban,DAD, SAFe etc.,

I am using CMMi from years. I have collaborated to adapt some frameworks to Agile practices. My recommendation is going to the CMU SEI and search for them. Remember that you have to take into account PCMM too just in case you decide to use them. There is a group inside linkedin named Agile CMMi which could help too.

Girija -

I would focus on assessing the value realized by the transformation as a means of assessing maturity.

This could be translated into a number of KPIs such as time.to realize business value, features used/features deployed, and cost of delivery.

Another measure of maturity is the relative level of coaching required - over time the outcomes should maintain or improve without the need for ongoing coaching.

Few KPIs are defined and measured. Maturity Assessment framework is being developed. Haven't started with any Model.
