Hi All..Need help to prepare Project Management Plan for Construction Filed

Dear All.

Myself LKG, working in construction field meanwhile doing Master Degree

Part of this MTech course
I suppose to submit a dissertation (Project) in this final sem.

Also i cleared PMP as well.

Am planning to do prepare a Project Management Plan...
How this plan shall be useful in construction filed...

I request you all, if anyone have idea about Project Management plan....how to prepare it, what are all important things need to be added
Like that...i need suggestion from you guys.


Plz comment, if u r interested to guide me.

Hello LKG,

You might want to check the template section of www.projectmanagement.com, there is a project management plan outline template. Although, it is for electrical project but you can always adapt the template to the desired project you want. Good luck.
