The only lead I could find was this ‘Alamo PMI Student Chapter’ Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/apmistudents/. It looks like it hasn’t been updated in a while, though.
I’ve never heard of student chapters as part of PMI, though it has Student memberships. I thought those students just joined with regular local chapters. Saving Changes...

Though, I am not sure if student chapters are listed there or if there is a full maintained listing. When I searched I do see some college led chapters so possibly you could refine the search criteria to include your local area.
Also may be possible to contact and find a list through the local city chapter. If all else fails, I'd contact PMI.
