I have done projects when it was minus 55 Celsius ( - 67 Fahrenheit) and a project when it was plus 55 Celsius ( 131 Fahrenheit) in the shadow

I found that I was able to do more rounds in summer conditions than in winter conditions
I agree both weather are extreme but that's a reality in many countries

it depends on locations and activity, for example if the project is in arid climate (desertic) it will be difficult to work in summer it's very dry, the work could be difficult after 11AM, in addition sometimes you will have an importante heavy rains which cause many delay. i think in this case the favorite whether is springtime
Abdul Razzaq well spring would be ideal but we like to take vacation at that time to enjoy
Thanks for your feed back

I'm a wimp, so I'll stick with Toronto weather - it's never too hot or too cold, and rarely is there so much snow that you can't get into work.

Kiron luck you you reminded me when I was living in Toronto over 11 years I seldomly put on my winter jacket and many years we had green xresmes now that I moved to the Prairies I experienced and know what minus 55 means
The other advantage of Toronto (Torano) is the transportation system which we don't have it here so you can use the tube get down from your condo to underground use subway and go up into mall and your office without hitting the surface of the road but here lots of hunting and fishing farming bison beef lamp chicken etc

Summer is a good time for construction projects especially when there is concrete pouring involved but of course not very high temperatures.

Rami, I know you meant the rain but I was wondering about pouring cement /concrete to make pillars inside the river for bridges or even more complicated pillars inside the sea to install wind turbine on it with all that salt water and high wave can you shed a light on this technology.
