We knew how to calculate the schedule variance for traditional EVM.
However it was mentioned at (PMBOK 6th Ed) a new equation which so called Earn Schedule Theory which can be used at practice ( ES -AT )
ES:(Earn Schedule) and (AT: Actual time) and it was said when ES 0 then the project schedule is a head.

My question how to calculate such equation in practice ?

Mansour - search for Shohreh Ghorbani (Director of Project Control Academy) on YouTube, she has a very detail and great video on Earned Duration Management that will answer any and all questions you may have about that concept. Also, I have a strong believe that I have come across a similar resource (article) on www.projectmanagement.com as well.
This link will take you to a webinar on this site: https://www.projectmanagement.com/videos/2...-Novel-Approach
You can also use this link from google as well, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earned_schedule
Good luck.
