As we saw what companies did based on users' facebook information in american election I suggest a discussion of creating new system to get information from pmi members and in parallel link project owners to this database to increase the opportunity of having better position that fits every members based on their skills and capabilities

Omid,

Do we really need another "Facebook" that spy on all we do on the Internet and more?

LinkedIn and other networking tool do just fine

Of course some companies used Facebook information for cheating, but why don't have trustful system for social benefits not some individual benefits. they should be the information that every one wants to share so, business owner can get to know her/him if he/she is the best for the project or not. LinkedIn will be successful the time that most of the employers and employees who work in the projects are completely satisfied.

LinkedIn (and others) are not just pull, they are push too. They use the information collected from you (or inputted) and your resume to suggest opportunities. They also make your data searchable for recruiters to find potential candidates based on the needs of the position and the skills and experience from the candidate(s)..
sounds superb,
I don't use linked in as an employer. Hope it would serves employers and employees desirably for both parts.
