Need guidance with the best approach for the following scenarios

1. Project manager is involved in the later stages of a project & has to make sure all the relevant documents , stakeholders & process are followed from that stage onwards.

At this point it is too late to make a project charter, so what might be a best way to communicate to all the stakeholders without crowding them with multiple documents at once.

1. To ensure about the processes being followed and the documents, my suggestion will be to schedule meeting with your stakeholders to discuss first about these points and going forward all these be covered as follow-up items in your status meetings.

2. To send all documents to your stakeholders its is better to use document repositories like SharePoint and share the links with them in an email.

I faced this type of things lot of times. Here my personal experience that works for me. Which is the objective? To engage all the needed stakeholders to do what it is assigned to do from them, from steering committee to project team. Then, what I do, is taking conference call / presentations with them to put clear what I need they do into the project. I use a five slides deck where each slide is about to put clear what / when / who / how and assumptions and restrictions. That´s all.
