Dealing with Criticism

Nobody likes to be criticized. But as we manage projects, we have to learn to handle criticism.

How do you deal with criticism when you are in a crunch situation with workload and many deadlines to meet?

Nothing like kicking the heck out of a ball, or beating on a bag, to get over any emotional issues with getting harassed at work...

it is a good question
there is an advantage of being criticized . it shows you how other people think about you . may be they are right
