I have a question regarding PMP exam application, in particularly about reporting my PM experience.
I work for a consulting organization as a project manager. I deliver project s for our customers as employee of consulting organization.
In step one of reporting PM experience PMI asks for: “Please identify the organization for whom you managed this project”.
Here I’m unsure. Should I provide information about my employer for whom I work as a PM (organization details and contact) or information about my company’s customers for whom I delivered the projects?
I plan to provide information about my company (organization details and contact) since we not always allowed sharing information about our customers .
Am I thinking right or did I misunderstood something?

I think you are fine if you just provide your company's contact information. "For whom you managed this project" could mean either your employer or your employer's customer. I do not think you need to provide both.
You can check with PMI to be 100% sure. Saving Changes...

As some number of exam applications are audited, I would answer using the people that are more easily contactable, probably the company who pays you. Saving Changes...
