We have changed this definition along our PMO life cycle that has more than 10 years. As today we have 3 different models to define the endevours that deliver the strategy.
1. Small efforts that we define as xpress with 2 weeks effort ,no more than 2 production lines involved and are not affecting our technical architecture.
2. Proyects that are going to define a closed scope and budget.
3. Continues delivery teams that are involving strategy delivery for long term efforts that requires multiple teams and afforts and organization is going to give the budget to keep a continues team producing the value. Saving Changes...
