If the organization is employee driven and is innovative and considers their employees are their Customers, it would be treat as everyone shall be considered as the Boss.
So what difference would it make? It would make a lot of difference.
I would try to make the working environment devoid of unnecessary stress & pressure; make my teams focus on doing the right things rather than doing things right.
