'Knowledge management is concerned with managing both tacit & explict knowledge for two purposes: reusing existing knowledge & creating new knowledge.' What knowledge management tools & techniques have you used to create new knowledge in projects?

Yes it's about how you identify, capture, codify, synthesize and disseminate knowledge to create value.

Hi Damian,

Well, in my project team I used to give a couple of minutes to each team member for explaining other about the requirement that they are releasing on each sprint. This helps others to have an update about the progress of the project on different fronts. But also, we use video to show others how the new feature works, just in case somebody else wants to know.

Retrospectives are a great opportunity for the team to take some quiet time to reflect back and distill what they've learned, but more important, find ways to use it in the near term.
