1. Be a good listener
2. Know your audience
3. Focus on key concepts (PIP) approach
4. Don't communicate for the purpose of just communication.

6. Allow participation to engage your team
7. Insert little sense of humor but don't humiliate any one be respectful
8. Be comfortable to speak extemporaneously
