Hi everyone,
I'd kindly ask you some idea on how to improve communication within the team.
I am planning to arrange a dedicated session with my team members but I'd pursue intiviatives different with respect classic team building ones ("building a cartoon boat",trekking, etc..). I am looking for something more "real life" exercise. Do you have some ideas? Thanks in advance, matteo Saving Changes...

I think I'll plan a day in which I can have feedback 360 in the morning. Then a wrap up after lunch and have some funny stuff in the late afternoon. At the end, as a glorious closure, a tasty dinner together. That's the way to improve both work processes and relationships Saving Changes...
To share with you the approache I am going to follow. Prior arranging feedback 360 session I'd meet singularly each team member to get feedbacks helpful to tailor the 360. Do you think It could be a good idea? Second question: As the team is managed by me (the PM) and another person (the technial leader) do you think it can be effective to have preliminary sessions in 1+1 to 1 modality? Saving Changes...
