Transformational + Servant leadership, inclusive of Charismatic & Democratic. Rarely bureaucratic style for any organisational decisions.

Actually, few years back I had the same question. Therefore, I did the poll, and the highest vote I got is for 'Coaching' and 'Participative' styles of leadership. At that time, I did not include 'Adaptive'.

Over the years, I observed lot of change in leadership style. Organizations are welcoming changes, and the leaders are more adaptive now.

Thanks for reviving this again. Here is the link to the poll, if you wish to go through -

Kiron leadership :-)

In other words, while it might derive elements from the list you've provided, Riyadh, it is uniquely "my" style. Be thyself, or risk thy authenticity is (one of) my mottos...

Kiron
Kiron, you made a brilliant statement, thanks for your contribution

According to me a single style may not fit for every situation, so it depends. Personally I enjoy servant leadership style!
Anish, yes agreed with you thanks for contribution

I'm trying the "chameleon" project management style...trying to adapt to the environment my style to my team members...not all people needs the same communication style or management style to get the best of them.
Mayte, it is true that each situation or each scenario needs different style, however I avoid to use the word chameleon due to its negative reflection by politicians, thank you for your continuous support and comments

It depends on situation and stakeholders you handle. Good project manager should use different hat of leadership as per requirement. One cannot be successful in peoject by applying only one type of leadership style all time, in all situation and with all the stakeholders.

Thanks Riyadh !!
Alok, you're welcome, thanks for comment
