When I attempt to report PDU's that I gathered through Udemy, Udemy does not come up in the list of providers. I think I remember being told how to report these in the past, but now I forget. Can someone help? Thank you

Hello Vijay, I'm trying to report my PDUs from a course I did in Udemy with instructor Joseph Phillips but the system can't find his name. Do you have his code?

I just completed COBIT 5 Foundation by Integrity Training. When I go to report, in the provider I tried entering Udemy, no luck, then Integrity Training, no luck. There was an Integrity Solutions, but when I tried to enter the class name, it did not find it.

Dinah, that was some of my problem with few courses from Udemy that's why I stopped looking for PDU there but some of the instructors are registered REP and once you complete the course you get a code to put in PMI report pdu then all the course info and which pdu based on the triangle if technical or strategic etc all info will pop up but some instructors they are not registered they told me that I can do manually choose numbers of pdu for technical and strategic but I feel reluctant to report pdu with out 100% guarantee just to avoid the hustle of audit so I don't need that headache we can get much easier PDU from so many sources and they are REP. I guess best for you to contact your instructor for the code. Good luck

I cannot find the code for the instructor on the certificate or the site. The training company says that they are new to Udemy, so maybe I cannot claim them.

It is no big deal. The PDUs will not count since I have all for this year and 20 for next year. I just like to add them all so that I have a single list of all of the training I have done.

Wait. I found it. I had to go to the Training Company's website and then look in the FAQs. Thank you

Yes, this is what I was going to propose. I never had issue. I just normally check that the course is given by an REP just to avoid any issues and then when reporting the course, every REP has a course no. registered with PMI.

If not, like Sante mentioned, you can still claim them.

I think even without the code you can still claim PDU's, like reading a book chapter.

I have already entered training for the ITIL foundation and claimed 30 PDU's. I am now looking to complete some training on Udemy to gain my last 30 PDU's. few questions I am unclear on

Will it work that I claim all my PDU's on training or do i need to mix it up with other types of PDU?
Do I need to complete the exam associated with the Training to claim the PDU's (for ITIL i sat the ITIL foundation)? for example if i complete training on Udemy for pmi acp then do i need to sit the exam so i can claim the PDU's?

thank you

You do not need to sit for the exam to claim the PDUs. You can do all training PDUs.
