I am developing a Project Knowledge transfer framework of developing countries in which I also want to induce intuitive learning and teaching methodologies. In developed countries it may happen to some form, hence needs clues

I would focus on minimal content and maximum hands-on exercises using a fictitious project as a case study, taking it through the full lifecycle.

Example:( Edx.org ) which have some curriculum courses of PM.
I have taken micro-master in PM ( 3 courses from R.I.T).

I agree with @Kiron. Nothing beats the hands on learning and if you couple that with real-life examples, you can hit the jack pot.

Role play can be another another very useful tool in helping to understand the foundational concepts.

I would suggest using technology and online resources as pre-stage. For example, the participants can be asked to join degreed.com (a website that selects and presents materials from all over the internet to present as tidbits).

The next stage is to deliver a hands-on experience as Kiron suggested.

Finally, don't forget the follow-up stage. Some issues will surface during the training and this stage will ensure that the knowledge is transferable through cascade training.
