Yes it is, an 8000 hour project, 35 developers across the country, 2 dev managers, 3 - 4 architects and a manager, several dba's, a BA manager and 2 BA's, and a completely separate / remote QA dept including offshore. To top it off a government client that keeps writing change orders and and and at least 8 - 16 hours of reporting up the food chain. Saving Changes...
