Looking for a journey map on growing your Project Management teams. Our small PMO is looking to help better coach, train and grow our team. I have been tasked with a plan/road map to get them to the next level. Right now they go through 6 Sigma Black Belt training, Microsoft Project training. What are some key areas you have focused and found success? Saving Changes...

First you need to be extremely well skilled on processes and tools of your Company, because you will always find that person who will try to challenge you and show that you don't know what are you talking about. So, in practice, at the first place stays your knowledge, you are an ambassador and you need to be it.
The second important stuff is related to communication, in particular if the people you're instructing need to chase with different cultures, they aim to get a proper training on how to cope with other nationalities.
Once the two above are reached, you need to let them go through the technical side of project management.
Just my 2 cents. Saving Changes...
