I passed the CAPM exam (PMI) a few months ago and currently work as a PMO Coordinator. Would you guys say that PMP is much, much harder to pass (I'm aware both are referring to the same book i.e. 6th edition)? I am unsure of whether a year or two are needed before undergoing the PMP exam.
Thanks

The PMP exam requires extensive preparation. The prerequisites for the exam are also much higher, however, if you have the required experience, I would suggest to go straight for PMP.
I spent 4 months preparing for the exam, and focused heavily on test questions. I believe I completed around 2500 practice questions.

It's definitely harder, and it's based on your experience since questions are scenario based.
