Quality life of people enhancement. I had the opportunity to participate in a really short Social project and when I saw smiles and happiness on the air, I guess that was a really insightful moment for me.

Hi Kiron,

I know I'm not one of those team members, but I have to admit that I agree 100% with them.
I came to believe you are great at what you do just reading your content here :-)

Thanks Farouq -

I appreciate the vote of confidence! As with everything else, project management has to add value to all stakeholders who are impacted by it - if not, they will not praise it.

I cherish my opportunity in empowering and enabling team members to act independently, make decisions, offer contributions, and provide a safe zone for them to speak up and offer suggestions or insights. They were hired for a reason, provide opportunity for that to show.
