Premium deliverables

I submitted two deliverables so far. I noticed that one was designated Premium. The other was not initially, but recently was changed to Premium.
How is this decided? What is the logic behind deciding Premium or not?

This made me laugh. :-)
What were the deliverables? And which person or group designated them 'Premium' Offhand, this sounds like someone created that label to impress high-level Executives who apparently understand little about project management if they are swayed by such an empty term.

I reached @ContactUs for one of my submisions...here the answer:

"Your deliverable is set to Premium, however, it's being offered in our May deliverable promo so it's currently free to registered users of the site. Once the promo is over at the end of the month, it will go back to Premium"

As I understood the first month they offer for free (meaning non-PMI members can download it) and after is Premium again.
