I keep a big heart for each one of my team member and try to create an 'opt-in' for all and learn from their behaviors if any or some of them do not agree.

Then I calculate the average and reshape my strategy to sell the productivity idea. In most cases it is above satisfaction.

The key is delegation beside creating a frank but conducive environment.

The constant value is of the CONSENT OF ALL, and creating VALUE of keeping BIG HEART in each one of them.

Try sprint planning to help get more work done because beside speed, it cultivates drive, concentration, and confidence.
There are success stories of project sprints on https://sprintstories.com/ which I find motivating.
