To earn Pioneer badge, yoe should write wikki posts? what does mean wikki post??

My guess is that it would be creating new Wikis or adding content to existing Wikis here: https://www.projectmanagement.com/wiki/techniques/

Under Knowledge & tools, there is Techniques Wiki where you can contribute by adding a new wiki and complementing the existing ones.

You need just to avoid duplicating under a different title.

As for the Pioneer Badge make sure you do the following:

1-Find 5 Topics that are not already in the Wiki
2-Go to the following link https://www.projectmanagement.com/wiki/techniques/
3-Click on the top to view or create new pages

After creating five wiki entries, you will be awarded the badge automatically.
