Hi Ahmed,

I think this question come across every PMP participate even for me.
However I found the followings:-
1)The PMI have R.E.C (Registered Education Cent res).
2) PMI is responsible for issue the PMBOK & Guide Standard.
3) PMI always update Examination Content Outline and others important document for
PMP Exam.
4) Let say Top of 10 of R.E.C recommended a paid PREP_EXAM rather than free.
5) PMI would like to others R.E.C to participate to get from their best questions/methodologies/practices and live scenarios questions.

Again for above reasons PMI could not guarantee if some one get old videos/old versions of PMBOK. It means again PMI could ask to stop the insecure resources but it can recommend for R.E.C

I am not sure I fully understand your question but PMI recommends lists of resources and books for each exam they have. You can’t really expect them to recommend which simulations tests to do (This kind of info you get from other forums based on experience of others).

I agree Rami,

There are a lot of sources available from PMI, most of them are available to download when you have an active membership.

Nobody study the PMP exam from only PMI sources. We need to study from various sources except PMI.

Because their credibility would be called into question if they support an exam from one of the REP's over other REP's. A level of bias may be present, or at least inferred.
