We use a Scrum board in JIRA, though we have integrated some aspects of Kanban; e.g. Test Ready column for QA to pull into Test in Progress.
We also use JIRA, and I find it to be a great virtual platform to visually show the WIP. The pull-system works great while collaborating with team members. I also appreciate the flexibility of this platform as it allows the integration of additional methodologies like scrum.

Jira also allows for the creation of the Kanban board Saving Changes...
Thanks Andrew. Seems Interesting but Id rather have a display touch screen where we can move card by hand and so on :-)
This kind of whiteboard does not enhance collaboration in my opinion.

Effectively used for Project as well as Program Management. I have used Kanban for IT infrastructure projects as well. I think its very effective due to its visual aspect.

Physical or electronic?
I used actual paper kanban's once at exec sponsor insistence. Worst move ever, everybody got stressed when he'd stop by & read it. Despite him saying "don't worry". The guy was a heavy-handed exec. Electronic, aka Trello type, are so much better. Execs can look at them without the troops stressing.

Vivek, the traditional one has it's drawback, but I kinda like the low-tech feel of them. An issue can be the handwriting, or in my case some alien language, as the writing is that messy. It helps to have a volunteer with very nice handwriting to replace the mumbo jumbo with legible notes.
I did but it becomes complex for big projects so we are looking at ising an electronic kanban board on a big screen.
Makes sense Rami. I have used both at the same time in some projects, mainly because I find team members hate to update apps like Jira. Saving Changes...
