Integration of M&A

Is there any software that followings the PMBOK principles, as it relates to integration of an M&A into the main company?

I am VERY new at this, as in, just passing my CAPM, and just need some guidance on how to keep this organized going forward, for when future companies are purchased.

Cassandra, just wondering you or someone on this thread can also answer this; Can someone please recommend a good but inexpensive online course to satisfy the 35 contact hours of formal education needed to apply for the PMP certification.
