Career Development Organizational Project Management Strategy

I am looking for data to support salary in the Project Management realm to set standards for my company in various positions going forward. Is there anything out there as far as best practice survey I can draw upon and extrapolate based upon a region or experience level. Would appreciate any insights the group has regarding this request.
