I am looking for an innovative topic for my MBA project which is related to PMBOK for construction management. I would be glad if someone suggests me some topic.

I think University of Liverpool has something similar which is related to the PMBOK but its M.Sc not an MBA.

Not sure how innovative this would be, but you could research the use of adaptive lifecycles in construction projects...

I second that recommendation by Kiron. Also with the new release of PMBOK6, you can research how agile principles are being adapted to waterfall construction projects.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record - Agility in construction would be an interesting topic. I would read that research.

I think you should choose something that you will enjoy writing about. A dissertation is an undertaking, so it might as well be enjoyable for you.
