It is actually a lot of fun and has become very popular with the "mature" crowd. This is mostly because the courts are much smaller and do not require as much running as tennis.

Sprinting (not jogging), usually on an all-weather high school or college track. The endorphin rush lasts for hours, and it's a great way to stay in shape.
