Recently I discovered that running marathons is a great sport to do. What is your favourite sport you do a part from gym.

If Joäo can put Crossfit down as a sport, I'll go with weightlifting. :)

My all-time favourite sport is downhill skiing. E-sports are a close second...

Hi Stéphane,

Crossfit has less characters than "constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement"... so I decided to go with the trademark name... :)
Anyhow it's good for the mind and body, and if you put it together with knowing your body and proper mobility work it's good for addressing older issues/injuries from a reckless past...

BTW, love olympic lifting!

Also added scuba diving (somehow I've removed it when writing the previous post), since I'm a dive master and it's my "thing" :)

I'll take your word for it, Joäo. I see all that kipping and I shudder...

I do love olympic lifiting. My cousin competes at the Master levels.

This question is entirely off scope but I like it and I have another question for the author, do you think your favorite sport changes over time?
