I am new to Project Management and will soon be taking the CAPM exam. I'd like to chat with someone who might have started out the same way. I'm interested in developing a promotion plan and could use some assistance. Thanks in advance!

Jeslyn,

I am not sure if CAPM, PMP or even a masters degree will guarantee a promotion. If I were you, I would develop a career growth plan and promotion will take care of itself as your career growth evolves. It is important to know what you want, where you want to be and how you want to get there.
