IMO there is "in the top 10" and "everyone else". Doesn't matter where in the top 10, or where in everywhere else.
And like others have commented, the real value is in the network you build while you're there. Once you leave then the value gained from the network far outweighs any insinuated credibility from either an MBA or a top 10 MBA.
I'd be careful though, increasing # of younger C-levels are rolling their eyes when they see MBA in the title of a resume or on LinkedIn. It's leading with a certification instead of what you accomplished. Same basic concept as when a PhD wants to be called doctor. The most educated ones hate that. (I personally know a dozen very well, half for 20 years). Saving Changes...
