In my country do not exist Government policies about empower project management. The main public university of my country, for its leadership in technology, is the National University of Engineering (UNI). This university recently teaches the Economics of computer projects, in the engineering career in Computer Science, and in the Systems Engineering degree, based in PMBOK Guide.
