The PMBOK 6th Edition came out a couple of months ago which I recently started reading. The 5th Edition which is the version prior to the current release was available for printing to PMI subscribers. Does anyone in the group know if the current version is also available for printing?

No, to protect their intellectual property PMI has significantly reduced what can be done with the PDF downloadable version.

Unfortunately it is not printable nor are any of the other guides anymore - I bought the hard copy for reference. It is always good to have it.

Not printing I can understand as it's related to copyright. But the inability to annotate the PDF is crazy and has little to do with copyright concerns.

I was considering to purchase the paper copy but after reading so many complains about the so called "anti-counterfeit print technology", I gave up. Is it really so bad, did someone try the kindle edition?

I did not try the official Kindle edition but do have the PDF version on my Kindle. Not an ideal experience though.
