23 contact hours for CAPM

Hi everyone
I started studying for 23 contact hours (as pre-requisite for CAPM certification) in April 2018 when the course content was still based on PMBOK 5. I completed the studies in june 2018 when PMBOK 5 is not longer in use. I am doing exam preps based on PMBOK 6, Are my 23 contact hours still valid as a ticket to participating in the CAPM exams?

I think its still valid. check with PMI. you can mail them

The prerequisite training contact hours for both the CAPM and PMP credentials are not tied directly to a specific edition of the PMBOK Guide but rather need to be based on anything relevant in the PM domain.

Yes, I second Kiron's input. They should be still valid. A new revison of a book does not make previous revisions or courses based on that revision in valid.
