Grev 18 Problems with the StepOne model/process at the USPS. To determine employee conflict, I developed the initial design sequence for a new StepOne model. I defined and recorded detailed steps for stakeholders’ conflicts. I executed a StepOne process for stakeholders to validate changes resulting from HR conflicts. I measured the StepOne program to determine if teams are meeting quality standards. Upon completion of the StepOne model I created and distributed a final report to management & updated a lesson learn chart.
Grev 17 Employees at USPS were complaining of missing wages/hours. To correct this, I contacted various stakeholders, gather information & critical data for wage description, wage lost/balances. I developed employee schedule/loss wage report by calculating loss of work hours. I managed the schedule payments for conflict migration process. I confirmed details with stakeholders to tailor work hours to meet quality standards. I confirmed review session & documented hours lost. I reported information to management and created a lesson & learn update.
Int 16 To advance student enrollment for International Fellowship (I.F.): I met with customers & educators to evaluate enrolment. I obtained community contracts, involved libraries & Churches to develop requirements/activities. I implemented plans to restructure stakeholder relationships & designed a new school placement structure. I monitored the status of student activities, class room attendance for project deliverables. I measured student enrollment by creating spread-sheets & presented information to stakeholders for feedback.
YouthImpact 15 Youth Activities Project Leader, I initiated the project scope for youth involvement activities. I obtained the project charter by working with sponsors, banks, & companies to gain finical commitments. I improved youth impact by developing a competition project plan. I implemented a WBS for quality & structuring of competitions. I validate project closure requirements to ensure scope & organizational objective were achieved. I measured youth involvement using Pivot Points & presented charts to directors.
YouthImpact 14 Used brainstorming in order to gain buy-in for youth involvement. Delegated task and job functions to team members for project timeline. Developed change management plan for youth by working effectively across city charters. Communicated requirements to management. Evaluated the effectiveness of activities to improve upon youth involvement. Completed activity reports for clarification to stakeholders.
RKConstruction 13 Implemented project selection criteria to ensure alignment with the strategic direction of stakeholders. Identified the constraints and assumptions from stakeholders. Created the schedule for the project and aliened resource requirements. In order to minimize risk, I created hazardous risk response plan. Evaluated and submitted final project plan estimates to contractor.
NewYork2013 Provided stakeholder analysis, brainstorming, charts, interviewing, prestation, to gain buy-in requirement. Estimated the make or purchase process against primary location sources. Implemented approval facility change management plan, to ensure the successful completion of company buildout in NY. Monitored the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques-project management tools and financial planning tools. Distributed the final project report to management team.

Are you applying for the PMP ? If yes, then you probably need to adjust your work experience to reflect more on Initiating, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control & Closing. My advise to you is to clearly indicate under each work experience what you did per phase.
I understand you are limited with the number of letters so you can use abbreviations as follows:
Ini: Participated in charter review etc etc
Planning: Budget Estimates, Schedule Baseline ....
And so on.
By the way, for example under youthimpact15 you mentioned you created WBS for quality and structuring of competitions ... I am not sure I fully understand this or if this is the real purpose of a WBS.
