Partner Satisfaction Survey for process transitions

Hi,

I am working on creating a partner Satisfaction survey for the Process transitions our BU carries out. If anybody has any ideas around this, or have worked on something similar please send in your thoughts.
Even inputs defining a broad framework, which can be used as a basis /outline for such a survey is welcome and would be much appreciated.
