Hello Reto,

there is no such translated version available, BUT even if it would I would recommend you do the preparation in the English language since all the prep materials (mostly) and the exam is in English.
You can order a German language aid to the exam ( I have done so) but you wouldn't need it, trust me.

PS: If German is a must for you, you may look for the PMP prep book by Thomas Wuttke ... ;)
