I just listened to the opening remarks by Colin Ellis. I thoroughly enjoyed him. There was a lot on Emotional Intelligence and Teams. If you missed it, I would recommend you go back and listen.

I think my favorite part was: "If your project is successful you aren't going to say that it is all thanks to Scrum." - Collin D. Ellis (PMI Organizational Agility Conference 2018)

"Lots of people are saying we are going agile."

Gives food for thought - doing agile vs being agile.

Yes Colin's Keynote was quite on point and entertaining. I was quite impressed that he managed to work in an quote from Mark Twain, who died in 1910! "Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection" Did Mark Twain follow the plan-do-check-act cycle? :-)

He was highly engaging, I was not able to follow the slides but just listening to his talks was very rich and exciting. He kind of led us to reflect on culture, type of PM and more ....

I did miss it unfortunately due to time zone difference because the conference starts 5:00 am Vancouver time but I joined 3 sessions so far and they were great.
